You can use a paper clip to pull out, but probably not a permanent solution. worked fine, but had very little life left and is now asking to be replaced.Can I take the reset chip from the new unit and put in the old unit and The printer is about 3 years old and on its second set of cartridges after initial toner refills were used on the first set.
