Lens Error 122

The camera is not not useable because of this problem...keeps telling me there is a "lens error 122,1,0,0". You're amazing and I'm so grateful. Again, while doing any of the above, listen for a click that indicates that the lens barrel guide pins may have reseated in their guide slots. however i fixed it by taking it apart, the top cover thingy, and then pushing the lens back down into place. his comment is here

And don't forget to also visit our YouTube channel! But when i press the shutter button, the camera will not take a picture. Much better than paying someone to "fix" it... Some cameras might show nothing at all, but merely make a beeping noise as the lens goes out, then in, then the camera shuts off.

I got the Kodak M853. When I turned it on after that I still saw the "lens error", so I applied "gentle" pressure to the lens while it was open. Check out e-bay. There's no warranty unfortunately, and the repair cost is just over 60 dollars?

If this didn't work, do this little trick:1.
