Turn off the camera and restart it to see if the lens error has gone away. im desperate for help! Thus extra battery power is available to the camera's lens motor during startup. There's an article on the web if you do a search, Canon is rated at the top for performance and also first for reliability specifically naming lens errors on all the Kies je taal. The drop was maybe 4 feet tops (maybe even 3) and it did hit the tile floor. Recommend reading the text first (along with the reader's comments and tips section) as these provide additional tips for situations that the video does not.
