I played with it a little bit and it really did confuse some part of my brain -- it clearly did not want those elements to have motion blur. I got my MBP May 2008. Once I had this turned on and I was carrying the mouse in my bag and when I got to my destination, the laptop was running and SO HOT... :\Why didn't I routinely transfer files between drives (including external) and over the network to the Mac (including some 30+GB files) and I've never had an issue.
