Thank you. I've formatted the USB flash drives and SSD to HFS+ Journaled prior to install and/or bootable USB creation. I thought I was going to have to re-download and reconfigure the download or install from an older Mac installer CD. MBP late 2011 replaced HD with SSD (Samsung 850 EVO). Help reinstalling OS X.
