Please type your message and try again. I didn't try this before upgrading to 10.11.1 but I just removed the carddav account and recreated and it works. Never worked. gvde commented Oct 5, 2015 @mgansler You have never mentioned the proxy before.

Revert to the old osx version is what I'd recommend anyway for the time being. The previous comments were for a QNAP NAS running an apache. Well i thought after reading the comments upper in this thread - el capitan asks for well-known-paths in an .htaccess-file in the document root and NOT in the owncloud-Path. The reason for me was that there was another user account open on my Mac, and that had iTunes open. you'll have to do this after each upgrade. I don't know the docker container.

joergmschulz commented Nov 2, 2015 no, it is sure the install in webroot presents the same problems. Paste the following lines in this file. Or not? http://www.cleanmacoserror.com/resolve-mac-update-error-3072/ Thanks again!

I choose CardDAV, switch to manual and enter my username/password. Also without the redirect of the -well-known carddav. Use three backquotes to quote unmodified html code: ``` sectorchan commented Nov 2, 2015 Thanks for the confirmation, but now the Backend crashes.... The .well-known page is only needed for creating the account.

Can you paste your apache site configuration somewhere so I can advise you? Thus, at this time, it looks to me like a OS X problem and I don't know how to enable the debug logs which might give a hint what's going wrong... Nevertheless, any ideas? First, download an alternative copy of OS X 10.11.3 via the Apple Support website and try installing the update that way.

funkenstrahlen commented Oct 4, 2015 Just to understand this correctly: Can Owncloud do something about this problem and fix it in a future release? If you have already installed any apps on your computer then updating it will not cost anymore. mgansler commented Oct 4, 2015 I did now, I get Unable to verify account name or password gvde commented Oct 4, 2015 @mgansler sorry, I have missed that before: is that this page So what I did was: Removed the carddav account and created a new one It doesn't refresh this new account automatically so I closed the Conctacts app, cleaned the log and

The first one is using the option "Manual", which gives only one field to use, server. If more people report the problem it may get a higher priority at apple... Usually this is done with the command a2enmod rewrite followed by a service restart, but it could be different with your Apache.

Check with curl to see if it is working and where it redirects to (see above).

So, if the rewrite /.well-known/ Rules would not work in the subfolder but only in root, then I will give it a try in the root folder. Thank you very much! (I guess this will cause me in the future again a headache) This was referenced Nov 5, 2015 Open Contacts on OSX El Captitan always gets everything Thank you fernandodeperto commented Oct 2, 2015 Hi, @perlbo. Bleek dat onder andere gebruikers iTunes ook nog in gebruik was.

The dialog looks the same. If you create users with FQDN ([email protected] instead of js only), automatic creation works.
