Just including the the header file glaux.h is not enough, since it only contains the function's prototype. My .pro file is : @SOURCES += main.cpp monwidgetopengl.cpp mafenetre.cpp HEADERS += monwidgetopengl.h mafenetre.h QT+= opengl QT+= [email protected] My mafenetre.cpp file (the error comes from this file): @#include "mafenetre.h" #include

gluPerspective(45.0f, (GLfloat)width/(GLfloat)height, 0.1f, 100.0f); //... }@ I don't understand why I have this error when I try to build my project. It says: [Linker Error] undefined reference to '[email protected]' [Build Error] [GLUT.exe] Error 1 Any idea why? But I am compiling with the latest version of FreeGLUT and OpenGL 3.3.0. his explanation The .a files should come with your compiler.
If not then you will need to write your own version and pass the matrix direct to OpenGL. Undefined Reference To Glutinit' Ubuntu The number of error messages decreased a lot and only "glu..." errors remained so I "added" the glu32 library. I am one litle newb that tryes to learn opengl! No clue why or how, but it seems to work.
I'd imagine another linker parameter of -lglaux will solve your problem. http://www.gamedev.net/topic/336356-linker-error-in-the-begginers-lessons/ NoScript). What version of OpenGL are you using ? To fix this you must include the library to the project, in this case glu32.lib Top gintare Knows some wx things Posts: 33 Joined: Fri Feb 02, 2007 12:20 pm Quote Undefined Reference To Glutswapbuffers
I checked this (Project/Project settings) and found this entry under the "Parameters" tab: -lopengl32 Seems like some parameter to link a library. I get a few of them in mine. What examples are there of funny connected waypoint names or airways that tell a story? I don't really know what you mean by that, but I got these as linkers: ../../../../../Dev-Cpp/lib/libglut.a ../../../../../Dev-Cpp/lib/libglut32.a Those should be the only ones that I need there, but still the same news It's the OpenGL's version I have but as I said glPerspective works with another project with the SDL Library (and same compiler, OpenGL 3.x...) ; that's weird I know...
I don't get those really. Are you linking against the opengl32, glu32 and gdi32 libraries? Useful Searches Recent Posts Home Home Home Quick Links Recent Activity What's New? Edit : @john_god, OK thanks!
